Billet aluminum can also withstand much higher temperatures than rubber, polyurethane, and Delrin, making it a great choice for race cars where the differential creates large amounts of heat for extended periods of time. BMR Suspensions Billet Aluminum Differential Bushings (BK050) eliminate differential movement and pinion rise over the factory rubber bushings. Each bushing is CNC-machined to exact tolerances, which are designed by BMR. This allows for a perfect fit and increased performance for any driving style. GForce Engineering then drills the holes in these bushings out. So a huge 16mm bolt can be used for even more rigidity.
